A Message From Your Counselor

Hello and welcome everyone! My name is Angela Reynolds and I am so excited to serve as the counselor for Natchez Early College Academy. I graduated from Jackson State University with a bachelor's degree in Social Work. I also received my master's degree in counseling from Alcorn State University. My last degree is a Specialist in Education degree and is from Mississippi College. I worked as a licensed Social Worker for 9 years and I came to the Natchez Adams School District in 2004. Since that time I have worked as a classroom teacher and counselor at the primary, elementary, middle school, and high school levels. I was born and reared in Natchez and I love my hometown and the people that live here. As your counselor, I am here to support all students emotionally, academically, and in the college/career realm. I am always looking to improve our program, so if you have any ideas as to how we can support you, please let us know. We are looking forward to a great year!
